ACADEMY NOW-NEW JUDGES 2017- 2018

I am thrilled to announce the Academy Now new judges for the year 2017-2018.

We have invited both young and senior protagonists of the current art scene actively
dedicated to support new artists. Their influence is so remarkable that it is really an honour
to have them on board.

I am immensely grateful to each of them: their time and energy make an incredible difference.

Our aim is to create bridges between art institutions (Colleges and University) and the art system (public and private galleries, foundations, festivals, biennials, fairs...) in Europe and possibly beyond and by doing this we are attempting to democratise the current art world.

With Academy Now we want to offer visibility and therefore opportunities to new graduates
with different social and cultural backgrounds.

I am honoured to introduce you the Academy Now new judges:

Patrizia Sandretto Re Rebaudengo, collector and president of Fondazione Sandretto Re Rebaudengo- Turin.

Vittoria Matarrese, head of cultural program & special projects and chief curator of performance art at Palais de Tokyo -Paris.

Pauline de Souza, senior lecturer at the University of East London and director of Diversity Art Forum -London.

Frédéric de Goldschmidt, private collector and art patron- Brussels.
